As always, Sci-Tech in Grandview, MO, properly diagnosed and repaired my vehicle in a timely manner. The price always seems fair and having been a customer for well over a decade, I simply never wonder if I'm being ripped off. I don't do automotive repair; so, I take my vehicles to the experts at Sci-Tech. Ari is the best. Thank you again.

I utilize the Grandview, MO. location for my service work. Ari and his crew have always been friendly, professional, and accurate. I have never had to return my vehicle for a "DO OVER" of the work originally performed.

Being a senior lady, I am not too knowledgeable about cars. I knew my car was leaking coolant and did not steer well. They pointed out several problems and gave me an estimate. I was a bit shocked about the cost, but prices for labor and parts increase same as for other things. They even put on a used tire free of charge to replace the one that was causing the bad steering. I felt they were honest with me. They do guarantee their work. I have to trust someone for maintenance on my car. I will continue to use their shop for as long as I am able to drive.

I continue to take my cars to sci-tech because they continue to do great work and always give me options about repairs and service. They do not try to upsell me on unnecessary service or items - they just fix my car at am honest price and I appreciate them for it.

This makes my fifth visit where I have had work done. I am very satisfied with the repairs and the way information is communicated.No one is ever happy with the price, but I beleive I have received fair prices.

FOR THE LAST 20 YEARS I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL FIRESTONE CUSTOMER. NOW AFTER JUST ONE VISIT TO SCI-TECH, I PLAN TO BE THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMER INSTEAD. EXCELLENT SERVICE>> ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT WAS EXPECTED. IN FACT I WAS SO IMPRESSED THAT DURING THIS WEEK I HAVE DONE THE "WORD OF MOUTH" THING. THE MANAGER WAS VERY PERSONABLE AND APPEARED TO REALLY CARE ABOUT MY CAR. TODAY I WAS WISHING THAT THEY WOULD BRANCH OUT INTO A FULL SERVICE ESTABLISHMENT IN ORDER TO TAKE CARE OF ALL MY AUTO REPAIR NEEDS. DO WISH THEY HAD A COFFEE STATION THOUGH. ( SMILE)
