Sci-Tech was able to install a threaded spark plug insert into the cylinder head instead of replacing the head gasket. This saved me a lot of money and got my car back to me the same day. There are a few other things that I need to address with this vehicle and this shop will be the choice I make when I need the additional repairs. Thanks to Ari and his crew for getting the job done quickly and efficiently. I think I just found my new mechanic.

I've been a loyal Sci-Tech (Grandview, MO) customer for some 15 years. I hardly ever use any other shop. Why? Honesty/integrity. Many shops can get the job done and at the same competitive price, but I've found that the management and technicians at Sci-Tech do an expert job only on what needs to be done. How can I be so sure? Because there have been a number of times when I took a vehicle to them thinking the problem was one thing, only to have them correct me; and, what's more, many times it meant them doing a less expensive repair!
