My husband had dropped off our 2001 Nissan frontier 4 x 4 truck do you have some repairs done. We had recently changed our phone number and forgot to notify Scitech of this change. I feel that most shops would just wait until I called to check on my vehicle because I hadn’t heard from them. Not Sci tech. When the technician went to lunch, the manager Ari , asked him to stop by our home , of course practicing social distancing, and tell me to contact him since the old number was incorrect. I work as an advisor for a local dealership, but I take my vehicle to Sci tech, because of situations such as this. It’s not always about the money, it’s about going above and beyond for the customer. That’s why we choose Sci Tech. Outstanding Customer Service for sure

This is a great shop. Service writer Ari is friendly and reassuring, provides thorough explanations, and helps prioritize what your car really needs vs what can wait. The techs are polite and do excellent work with a quick turnaround time. This is not the cheapest shop in town, but you get what you pay for!
