Yesterday I took my car into Sci-Tech after having it at two other shops the previous 48 hours. The first shop charged $400 and didn't fix the problem. The next day I took it into the dealership and they advised it would cost $1800.00 to fix the problem. On the 3rd day, Sci-Tech Automotive fixed the problem for $134.00!! I'm 56 years old and have never had this kind of positive experience at an auto repair shop. The two men I dealt with obviously cared about customers' experience as well. I will not go anywhere else again.

The very worst repair shop I've every dealt with in the 35 years of taking my cars for repair. Very bad customer service and unprofessional management. Staff not trained in general everyday procedures and safety. Not sure if they are qualifed to work on cars.

I have enjoyed nothing but excellent service at SciTech Automotive Services. The proprietor, Ari, (he is so personable that I don't even know his last name), is way cool and goes out of his way to give you excellent service. If your car is a piece of crap and you shouldn't spend any more money repairing it, Ari will tell you so regardless of whether or not it means he may lose a service sell or not. That, to me, is integrity. I will continue to have my vehicles serviced or at least evaluated by Ari at SciTech in Grandview, MO. Denise R.
