Ari and his crew are always courteous and honest, whenever we've stopped in for service. Ari called beforehand to let us know the exact nature of this problem, and the options for repair, along with various costs. When the car was ready, he took the time to show us the old part, including where the breakage had occurred.

The Manager was very friendly and remembered my name when I walked in to pick up the car. He called and reviewed everything with me before they began work and offered to explain to my husband.

Manager got my car in to inspect it in about 20 minutes. Other places wanted to schedule 2 days out.
Very professional.

 We have looked all over KC for a good car repair shop, and I am happy to say that we have found it at Sci-tech. They are not just a good shop they are what i think to be the best automotive repair shop in KC. They can fix anything and everything that can break on you car. I dont think you will find any better shop around. We have a car in there getting worked on right now, the wipers stopped working so i called and talked to Ari. And I know that they will have the car ready and working before the snowstorm thats coming this week.

This place is AWESOME! We were visiting my in-laws in Missouri and driving back to Iowa and my dad's truck broke down along the side of the road. When we called AAA and the tow truck driver came he said he could take us to Sci-Tech Automotive and that the owner would give us a good deal and take care of us.

When we dropped off the car we left a note saying that we were traveling back to Iowa to visit family and had to fly out in two days and asked him to call us first thing in the morning.

The owner called us first thing in the morning and was honest with us and gave us a great deal. Our truck was done by noon and the owner drove over to the Hotel to pick up my husband and drove him back to the shop which was extremely nice of him to do.

Long story short, this place is AWESOME! They are honest and will give you a good deal. If you are looking for someplace to take your car and you don't want to get ripped off go to Sci-Tech Automotive. They are excellent!

I have never been more pleased with a automotive repair shop! John has proven to me that his business concept is to be honest and truthful to the customer. I know that if I send my vehicle to be repaired that I will not be sold something that I do not need. I can send my wife or daughter to him and know that he will take care of them as though they were his own family. It is refreshing to be able to do business with such a honest business person.
